Kennel History

In March, 1994, under the record of Federación Cinológica Argentina (FCA) N ° 11.734, was founded Ackon Cahuak, quechua language which the Incas named the mount Aconcagua,  which translation means "Stone Sentinel".

In its origins and up to the ends of 2003, the kennel was located at the ranch "La Obligación" at the foothill of The Andes in Mendoza, Argentina. Due to the frequent forest fires that threaten this region, it had to be relocated.

Nowadays is located at our Vineyard, where you can appreciate the mountain beauty of the Andes.

"Don Luis" is an Ackon Cahuak's important part, always taking care of his "children". Those who know him, surely will remember some of his colouring chats and anecdotes of life.
